The premium hospitality and events arm of Compass Group – Levy UK runs hospitality at Wembley, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Twickenham, the Etihad and many more iconic venues.

Levy is the premium sports and entertainment division of Compass Group, the world’s largest contract caterer. Founded in Chicago in 1978, the brand now operates in nine countries, with the UK + Ireland business handling some of the most prestigious hospitality contracts in British sport.

What Levy does at UK stadiums

Inside a UK ground, Levy is responsible for almost everything food- and drink-related from the moment fans arrive: matchday kiosks and bars, premium hospitality suites, executive boxes, private dining, conference and event catering, and the year-round corporate events that fill stadium calendars between matches.

UK venues operated

Levy holds the premium catering contract at, among others:

Levy’s 20-year partnership with Chelsea FC at Stamford Bridge ended in summer 2025, with Legends/ASM Global taking over catering from the 2025/26 season. The Principality Stadium contract moved to Aramark UK from mid-December 2025. Levy’s previous King Power Stadium operation at Leicester moved to Oak View Group around August 2025.
