The Gtech Community Stadium opened in 2020, replacing Griffin Park as Brentford FC’s home. It is compact by Premier League standards, but modern, efficient and tightly woven into west London’s transport network around Kew Bridge.
What happens here
- Brentford FC Premier League, FA Cup and Carabao Cup home matches.
- Brentford Women and academy fixtures where scheduled.
- Corporate hospitality, community events and private hire.
Who runs hospitality and catering
Brentford and its venue partners recruit for matchday roles across bars, kiosks, hospitality lounges, retail, guest services, stewarding and cleaning. The stadium’s newer layout means the operation is more modern and condensed than at older London grounds.
What’s it like to work here
Brentford matchdays are smaller in headcount than Tottenham, Arsenal or Wembley, but the stadium runs at high occupancy and needs quick, flexible teams. The west London location is useful for staff coming from Hounslow, Ealing, Richmond, Chiswick and south-west London.
Because the venue is relatively new, hospitality standards are closer to a modern arena than a traditional lower-bowl football ground.
Other operators
Cleaning, event security and crowd-management partners may list roles separately from the club for high-demand fixtures.
