Corrections and stale pages
Stadium contracts, pay bands and application routes change. If a page looks wrong, stale or unclear, email us with:
- the page URL;
- the venue, employer or role affected;
- what needs correcting;
- a public source if you have one, such as an employer careers page, venue announcement or official guidance page.
We prioritise corrections that affect whether someone can apply, who the employer is, pay or licence requirements, right-to-work guidance, or safety-sensitive roles.
Employers and venue teams
If you represent a catering, hospitality, stewarding, cleaning, facilities or venue operator, you can email us to:
- update an employer profile;
- correct a stadium operator or contract detail;
- ask us to remove or amend an outdated role page;
- share a real, currently-open application route for a stadium role.
We do not sell editorial placement. If commercial sponsorships or paid features are ever introduced, they will be labelled separately from editorial content.
Applicants
We are not the employer for roles listed on this site and we cannot accept CVs, book interviews, check application progress or resolve pay queries. Use the operator’s own application or staff portal for those questions.
We can help with general site questions and corrections, especially if a page sends applicants to the wrong place.
