Who runs hospitality and catering
Aramark UK is Manchester United’s long-term catering partner at Old Trafford, running matchday F&B, hospitality and event-day services.
What’s it like to work here
Old Trafford runs one of the largest matchday casual workforces in UK football – well over 1,500 staff at a sold-out fixture. Most casual roles are in kiosks, bars, hospitality and stewarding, with peaks for European nights and FA Cup ties. The proximity to Manchester city centre by Metrolink (a 15-minute tram ride from Piccadilly Gardens) makes it a popular venue for student matchday work.
The wider Manchester United real-estate and stadium plans have been in flux in recent years, with public discussion of a potential new stadium on land adjacent to the current site. For the foreseeable future, however, Old Trafford remains the centre of matchday operations.
