Legends/ASM Global is one of the world’s largest live-events companies, formed when premium experiences firm Legends completed its acquisition of venue-management giant ASM Global in 2024. The combined group manages or services hundreds of arenas, stadiums, convention centres and theatres worldwide.
What Legends/ASM Global does at UK venues
In the UK the company spans venue management, food & beverage, premium hospitality and conference & events. Its highest-profile UK win to date came in 2025, when it entered a multi-year partnership with Chelsea FC to run catering across Stamford Bridge and Kingsmeadow from the start of the 2025/26 season – taking over from Levy UK after 20 years. The contract covers matchdays, non-matchdays, conference and events catering, plus training and development of the club’s F&B and hospitality teams.
