Who runs hospitality and catering
Aramark UK is the Welsh Rugby Union’s food, drink and hospitality partner at the Principality Stadium. The multi-year contract began in mid-December 2025, taking over from Levy UK, and covers Six Nations, autumn internationals, concerts and other major events.

A typical work-year includes Six Nations weekends, autumn internationals, NFL preseason matches in some years, Wales football matches and a long summer concert season.
