Open vacancy. Delaware North UK is hiring a Concessions Manager at Wembley Stadium. Apply on Delaware North’s careers site — the FA and event rights holders are not the employer on this contract.
Wembley is the national stadium: FA Cup finals, England internationals, NFL London, boxing and arena-scale concerts. The concessions manager runs matchday and event F&B units across the bowl — staffing, stock, revenue and compliance on the busiest days in the UK events calendar.
What the role involves
- Leading concessions operations across units on event days.
- Scheduling, briefing and developing supervisors and casual teams.
- Stock control, cashless reconciliation and margin management.
- Food safety, health-and-safety and customer-service standards at volume.
Who usually gets hired
- Supervisory or management experience in stadium, arena or high-volume hospitality.
- Strong people leadership under intense half-time pressure.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Flexible on evenings, weekends and bank holidays — the Wembley calendar is event-driven, not 9–5.
Pay and contract
- £35,000–£42,000/year band (confirm package on the live advert).
- Permanent role with peak intensity around spring cup finals and autumn international windows.
- Delaware North also lists casual concessions roles at Wembley on its UK casual jobs hub.
Stadium Jobs tip
Management hires at Wembley go through Delaware North, while many casual bar roles are Levy/Constellation. If you are looking for entry-level bar work instead, search Constellation for “Wembley” rather than applying to this manager advert.
