Sodexo Live! has been Anfield’s long-term hospitality partner. Concourse concessions feed general admission; premium lounges are a separate internal bank with different rates and experience expectations.
What the role involves
- Serving hot food, snacks and soft drinks at stand kiosks.
- Cashless till work during pre-match and half-time rushes.
- Restocking and basic food-safety checks at the counter.
- End-of-shift clean-down once the bowl has cleared.
Who usually gets hired
- 16+ for most non-alcohol outlets; 18+ where alcohol is served.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Available for home Premier League and European nights (Anfield’s calendar is dense).
- Comfortable in a loud, high-energy environment.
Pay and hours
- Band £12.21–£13.50/hour depending on grade and outlet.
- Typical matchday shift around five hours.
- Concert and non-football events at Anfield sometimes open extra shifts to the same bank.
