Team leaders run a small kiosk crew on the busiest concourses at Parkhead — setting the pace at open, managing half-time peaks and closing the unit safely after the match. It is a step up from till work without needing a full hospitality manager background.
What the role involves
- Briefing and supervising a kiosk team before and during the fixture.
- Monitoring stock, service speed and food-hygiene standards at the counter.
- Escalating issues to the duty manager and supporting cash/reconciliation tasks.
- Coaching new casuals on till systems and customer service under pressure.
Who usually gets hired
- Previous team-leader or supervisor experience in catering, retail or events.
- 18+ where alcohol is part of the kiosk offer.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Available for Celtic Park matchdays across the 2026/27 season.
Pay and progression
- £15.00/hour on Sodexo’s casual matchday contract for this leader band.
- Strong leaders are often reused across multiple West of Scotland Sodexo Live! event sites.
