What applicants should check first
Sodexo Live! adverts can cover very different parts of the same venue. A kiosk role is usually short, fast and built around pre-match and half-time queues. Hospitality roles tend to start earlier, involve table or lounge service, and may require smarter presentation standards. Kitchen porter and chef roles are further back-of-house and can run across non-matchday events as well as fixtures.
The operator also uses venue-specific technology and service models. Sodexo Live! has described queue-reduction and EPOS upgrades at St James’ Park, while its Hampden Park case study shows how a football stadium can switch into a major-concert operation with hundreds of local staff. That means availability for concerts, conferences and international fixtures can matter as much as league matchdays.
