London Road has been Peterborough United’s home since 1913. Weston Homes holds stadium naming rights, but London Road remains the historic name used across football.
What happens here
- Peterborough United League One, FA Cup and EFL Cup home matches.
- Hospitality suites and concourse catering.
- Conferences and private events.
Who runs hospitality and catering
Gather & Gather is Peterborough United’s catering partner at London Road / Weston Homes Stadium, covering hospitality and retail outlets under a multi-year agreement announced by the club in June 2024.
What’s it like to work here
Apply via Gather & Gather / Weston Homes Stadium channels rather than old VCP routes. A solid mid-sized League One venue for staff across Peterborough, Huntingdon and the Fens.
What to verify before applying
Peterborough United announced Gather & Gather as its new catering partner after a tender process, with the club saying the operator would overhaul food and drink in hospitality and retail outlets and invest in the Fanzone. That makes older references to VCP at London Road outdated for current applicant guidance.
Check whether a vacancy names Gather & Gather, Peterborough United, Weston Homes Stadium or a local agency supporting the catering partner. Hospitality, retail kiosk, kitchen and event roles may all sit under the same contract but have different pay bands and start times. Because London Road is close to Peterborough station and the city centre, it can be practical for staff without a car, but still confirm late finishes for evening games and private events.
