Elior UK is one of the country’s largest contract catering groups, with brands spanning workplace dining, education, healthcare and sport. Its Elior Stadia offer covers matchday hospitality, concourse retail and non-matchday events at major football grounds.
What Elior does at UK stadiums
At a stadium contract, Elior typically runs the full F&B stack: matchday kiosks and bars, premium hospitality lounges, restaurants, conference and event catering, and related retail outlets.
UK venues operated
- Ibrox Stadium – Rangers FC’s food and beverage partner, covering matchday hospitality, concourse retail, the Ibrox Restaurant, non-matchday conferences and events, and catering at Edmiston House.
Roles you’ll see Elior hire for
- Matchday bar and kiosk staff.
- Hospitality and lounge teams across premium suites.
- Chefs at all levels.
- Restaurant and café roles (including Ibrox Restaurant and Edmiston House).
- Supervisor and shift-management roles.
How to apply
Apply via the Elior UK vacancies board: elior.co.uk/our-vacancies. Search for Ibrox, Rangers or Glasgow rather than the club careers page alone. You can also submit a prospective CV via elior.co.uk/careers/join-us if no live role matches.
What applicants should check first
At Ibrox, Elior’s remit is broader than a single matchday kiosk bank. Rangers announced Elior as food and beverage partner covering matchday hospitality, non-matchday conferences and events, the Ibrox Restaurant, matchday retail and Edmiston House. That mix creates several hiring routes: casual kiosk and bar work, premium hospitality, restaurant service, café work, kitchen roles and event shifts away from football.
When you search Elior vacancies, use “Ibrox”, “Rangers” and “Glasgow” rather than only the club name. Check whether the advert is for Elior Stadia, a restaurant/café role or a central Glasgow contract, because the duties, uniform and shift length can differ sharply. For SIA stewarding or turnstile work, use the club or security contractor route instead of Elior.
